Pregnancy Week 17

Baby has made it to the size of a turnip. Yay.

Pregnancy Week 16

And would you look at this, I am caught up on my pregnancy posting weeks! 

Week 16 the baby is the size of an avocado. 

Please try to ignore the fact that Josiah looks like he is trying to pose for some awkward high school photo or something. It was the best I could do after he nearly smashed the poor avocado to death...

Pregnancy Week 15

I can't believe I am already to 15 weeks! It seems as though this pregnancy is flying by much more quickly than the last one. I am surprised that we are almost to the time of finding out the gender! That part seemed to take f.o.r.e.v.e.r when I was pregnant with Josiah!

Baby is the size of an apple this week. It didn't specify as to what kind of apple, so we just went with the last one that I had on the counter. Good enough, right?

And a pleasant picture of Josiah to go with it? How lucky can one mother be.

Pregnancy Week 14

We are now up to the size of a lemon! Trying to remain clever with keeping big brother from throwing our object lessons!

Pregnancy Week 13

Baby is supposed to be the size of a "pea pod" this week. I don't see how you can go from lime to pea pod, but whatever. I'm not making the rules to this! 

Maybe he wanted to give his sibling a ride already?

I don't even know what is going on in this picture....but notice the volunteer tomato that sprouted behind him?

Pregnancy Week 12

I am beginning to not feel so much morning sickness and have more energy to devote to things besides sitting and resting on the couch. :) 

Week 12 baby is supposed to be the size of a lime. Unfortunately, limes are about the same size as a baseball. Josiah likes to throw balls. I had several lobbed at me while I was saying "hold it out for Mommy to see!"....oh boys....

This one is probably the best one of the group. 

But these really amuse me so I am including them. :)
