Yesterday I successfully made homemade pizza.
(It could due be in part to the fact that Josiah had a nice long nap on the couch in the sun. That was nice for Mommy!)
The definition of success in our house is whether or not hubby would like to go back for seconds. Last night, he raved about it the entire time....even before it was put in the oven!
They came out looking delicious as ever! And we had the first of hopefully many pizza nights to come.

There is another free mini course that teaches knife skills that I have benefited from as well, but that is another topic for another time.

It was not. I've tried a GF crust and am not currently impressed. I think I ingest some gluten here and not feel guilty about it! :)
